I'm a certified Energy Healing practitioner (Feed The Soul), with a deep personal interest in mindfulness and breathing practices that I've studied and practiced consistently over time. I enjoy helping people slow down, breathe better, and find focus in daily life. My approach is simple and beginner-friendly — no prior experience needed, just an openness to relax and reconnect with yourself. I look forward to guiding you through calm, practical sessions."
