About the lesson

I offer K to 8th-grade math classes based on the USA curriculum, SAT, ACT, ASVAB math, and GED math providing a comprehensive approach to mastering key concepts like algebra, geometry, fractions, and problem-solving. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. I focus on building a strong foundation in math, reinforcing critical thinking, and preparing students for success in higher-level courses. Whether your child needs help catching up or is looking to advance their skills for ASVAB or GED math, my classes are designed to make math both understandable and enjoyable.

My typical program will include:
1. Initial Pretest: Your child will take a pretest to identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
2. Customized Plan: Based on the results, I will create a learning plan tailored to their needs.
3. Tutoring Sessions: Individual or small-group sessions focusing on missed concepts.
4. Post-Test: After completing the unit/concepts, a post-test will be given to measure progress.
5. Parent Report: You'll receive a detailed report with pretest and post-test scores, areas of improvement, and recommendations for continued success.
