I am currently working as a Service and Product Designer. I graduated in Design from the University of Aveiro and obtained my master's degree at the Glasgow School of Art in Innovation in Design and Service Design.
It was at that time that I developed all my technical skills, as well as my strategic thinking, to fulfill my goal as a Designer: to help companies develop a more competitive, relevant, and more user-centered service through the development of projects focused on empathy and your customers' needs.
