About Traci
I have been mentoring, tutoring and coaching young people for the previous eight years. I have worked with over one hundred young people assisting them with academic, social emotional growth and life planning/coaching. I have many students who i assisted with remaining or getting back on track academically. I have coached students to not only have the capacity to problem solve in the academic realm but also personally and professionally. My teaching method is to meet young people were they are and connect their academic experience to real world experiences. I have also started a mentor group called The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Jr's Academy where we work alongside young men to understand and navigate manhood and the importance of being a positive contributor to their communities

my teaching method varies dependent upon the youth that I'm working with. I attempt to meet students where they are at academically, socially and emotionally and build on that foundation. This allows for confidence to be built and ultimately self sufficiency as they begin to navigate this world on their own.
