About Senán

My name is Senan and I graduated with a master's in Sport and Performance Psychology from Universidad Europa De Madrid, which is in affiliation with the Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid. I have worked with various Clients ranging from ranging from musicians, writers, Public Speakers, athletes and those competing in Esports I also have worked with those with exercise health behavioural change goals in exercise and Health in exercise psychology with general Populations people working in the corporate sectors looking to make health behavioural changes that they maintain setting goals, identifying obstacles and potential solutions by building self-awareness of the aspects/habits holding them back they should eliminate and the positive character traits and habits they should continue and build on. with a focus on commitment consistency sustainability and discipline over motivation. In the past I have played 4 different ball sports competitively. I am a Member of the European Network of Young professionals in sports Psychology and the European Federation of Sport Psychology were I am completing my European certification
Specialisation in Applied Sport Psychology (SASP-FEPSAC) with guidance from my supervisor.

About the lesson

I offer in-depth psychometric assessments based on mental performance to measure skills applicable to performance and well-being to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Together we will then work on specific in-depth, detailed intervention sessions based on important topics such as goal setting, motivational interviewing, building consistent beneficial lifestyle habits, reducing performance anxiety, emotional regulation skills, mental imagery, commitment, concentration, focus, initiative building, positive psychology, and self-talk to clients under the guidance of an experienced Supervisor
