About Gayathri

Hi all!

I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Gayathri, and I'm a former journalist and current university student with over 300 published writings in the fields pf politics, arts, culture, and breaking news.

My areas of expertise include creative and academic writing, english literature, and long and short-form article writing. I firmly believe that I can assist you in creating and writing good content, irrespective for genre, form or style. My goal has always been to hone underlying skills, and make the student/learner feel confident in their abilities to communicate whatever they wish to, effectively.

My lessons are for all adult students who wish to further their skills or receive assistance with academic and professional work.

Currently, I'm pursuing a Dual Master's degree in Journalism and International Relations, with a specialisation in International Trade and Diplomacy. I'm also a freelance journalist at the moment, and a social media content creator.

My teaching style veers towards more patient and understanding forms of imparting concepts. Duration and formats are very much dependant on the needs of the student and tailor-made to their workload (students' needs always come first!).

For me, attention-to-detail is extremely important, which is why heavy emphasis will be placed on important aspects of writing like tone, structure, grammar, theme, and cohesiveness.

I derive immense happiness from mentoring students in writing and literature. My goal is to foster positive and inspiring interactions, making the journey of becoming a skilled and captivating writer or enhancing your existing abilities an enjoyable and self-discovery-driven experience.
