About Camila Andrea

I am a meditation teacher, certified by Mujer Holistica, I have studies in psychology and integral transpersonal coaching from Mendoza, Argentina. I have been developing workshops and individual and group sessions for 2 years in Bogotá, Colombia. I also work reiki and mindfulness in breathing, physical and energetic body.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on the foundations of mindfulness (full presence), where meditation is a means to connect with the breath, the body, the mind and emotions. Likewise, we perform body work, conscious visualization, breathing, mudras and mantras that complement the process.
