About Alex

- I'm a medical student in sunny Scotland. - I received 3 offers for graduate medicine (GEM) in a competitive application cycle. GEM is thought to be significantly more competitive than standard entry. - I spend most days studying and teaching. - Before medicine I completed my Masters in Imaging at Imperial College London. - I really enjoy tutoring (I also teach Chemistry)

About the lesson

Congratulations, you've made it this far in the application process! I teach both graduate and undergraduate interview candidates (the process is intrinsically the same). Lessons work via a mock MMI or 'Traditional Interview' (TI are increasingly rare). After each station your answer will be assessed. Immediate observations and feedback in test conditions are where you will see the greatest improvement. Interviewers look for a set category of characteristics, delivery, and typically evaluate answers on set models that we will aim to work towards. £40 per class - this typically goes beyond an hour.
