About Gaurav
My name is Gaurav Jethnani , I deem myself a fitness enthusiast who rose to his current shape right from the bottom.
Coming from a middle class family myself, my goal is to provide budget friendly and accurate knowledge to those looking to change the way their body looks.
So in short I'd say I will be your go to encyclopaedia for the world of fitness that won't harm your wallet much.

2. I do not promote any nutrition/supplement brand.
3. I will make the diet plan especially for each individual based on their body and lifestyle.
4. Most of the diet would be home based.
5. The training split would be ranging from absolute beginner to advance lifter.
6. Feel free to contact me even after class hours.
