About Fejiro Eliana

I am currently a medical student who did their GCSE's some years ago over 3 years ago so I have recent knowledge of the GCSE experience and how it feels to sit these exams in recent times since I was there not too long ago!
I believe I am very relatable I want you as a student to feel free to ask any questions and suggest new things. I like to hear from you the students as well so if there is anything specific you would want to work on, I would be more than happy to hear from you.

Most importantly the purpose of these lessons are to help you build confidence in the classrooms, so I definitely want you to feel safe in our lessons. I ensure that a professional relationship is established while also keeping it friendly and light-hearted and staying on course too!

About the lesson

I pride in interactive one-to-one lessons either in person or online for around 1h to 1h 30 mins which consists of weekly homework and allowing the student to have input and participation in their learning.

In these sessions I get to speak to the student individually and understand their journey and their goals. I cater my lessons to them and support them with what they are doing at school.

My role is to foster confidence and helping them develop their literary strengths and supporting them with simple methods to break down hard concepts so they can be more confident and efficient with their learning.

Lessons are for students from year 10 and 11 who are studying the GCSE syllabus for their final exams or for anyone who is trying to improve their literary analysis and creative writing.

My previous experience consists of speaking in a panel about academic excellence where I have shared my personal advice and tips and tricks in obtaining academic excellence. Informally I also give advice to parents who are looking to support their children on their academic journey.

I am currently tutoring a year 11 student who is preparing for their GCSE's and coaching them weekly and providing homework and lessons catered towards the Specification they are studying and I am looking to support more students on their journey. It is really rewarding seeing students improve and see the change when they grow in confidence and I can't wait for many more to experience this!!
