About Gitikka

Hello! I'm Gitikka, a passionate tutor based in Glasgow, Scotland, currently studying Medicine in Glasgow University. I want to help you achieve your dream of studying Medicine in the UK and can guide you every step of the way, whether that be with SQA exams, UCAT, personal statements or interviews (Panel and MMI). With over 60 hours of experience I'm confident I can help you excel in whatever you need help in.

I have secured a top 7 percentile UCAT score of 2940 Band 1, achieved straight A band 1 grades, and achieved first in year the for Higher Biology. Having received offers for Medicine (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen), I know what it takes to stand out in the application pool, and I'm eager to share my insights with you.

About the lesson

My teaching style is centred around a cycle of testing, evaluation, and learning. I begin by quickly assessing your current level through practice questions following a brief introduction. From there, I tailor our sessions to address gaps in knowledge, helping you build a strong foundation. I’ll work with you to clearly identify your strengths and weaknesses so we can target them effectively. Together, we’ll use reputable question banks, sample questions, mock exams, and structured lessons packed with tips and strategies to maximise your performance.
