About Shamitha
I am a 4th-year Medical student aspiring to specialize in Neurosurgery in Malaysia. Having traveled between Kuantan and Selangor for my studies, I have developed strong discipline and adaptability. I have always enjoyed learning topics that genuinely interest me, and I hope to make studying enjoyable, understandable, and meaningful for my students.
Although this is my first professional tutoring role, I have previously helped peers with their studies, supporting them in improving from failing grades to a B. I aim to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorize.

I do teaching based on understanding and repetitions. I believe that learning a topic in 1 day is not enough to attain that knowledge lifelong. I prefer teaching based on notes to break it down, MCQ and real-life applications. To make lessons more engaging and memorable, I like to connect concepts with videos, movies, familiar objects, visual examples, and relatable situations. These associations can help students remember and recall information more naturally rather than relying solely on rote memorization.
