About Sana
Ever since starting medical school, I have genuinely enjoyed helping other students understand difficult topics and gain confidence in their abilities. Throughout my time at university, I have taught and mentored hundreds of students through tutoring, peer mentoring programmes, and teaching sessions, and seeing students improve is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
As a medical student, I understand how stressful exams and applications can feel, so I try to make lessons supportive, engaging, and tailored to each individual student rather than just memorising content. I teach Biology, Chemistry, and Maths for GCSE and A-Level students, alongside helping students preparing for medical school applications and interviews.
Outside of academics, I have also co-founded a university peer mentoring programme supporting over 200 medical students, which strengthened my communication and teaching skills even further. My goal is always to help students not only achieve strong grades, but also develop confidence, motivation, and a genuine understanding of the subjects they are learning.

I am a Year 4 medical student at the University of Exeter with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students. I provide tutoring in STEM subjects including Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, helping students improve their understanding, confidence, and exam performance.
Alongside subject tutoring, I also support students applying to medical school through interview preparation, personal statement guidance, revision strategies, and general mentoring.
I have experience teaching and supporting hundreds of students through tutoring, peer mentoring programmes, and educational initiatives. I co-founded a university peer mentoring programme that supported over 200 medical students and have delivered structured teaching sessions focused on making complex topics easier to understand.
My teaching style is patient, adaptable, and student-focused, aiming to create a supportive environment where students feel confident to ask questions and achieve their academic goals.
