About Serena
I am a 3rd year medical student in London with previous experience in teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE and A level standard. I have also tutored for the UKCAT exam and have helped students with medical interview technique.
I have taught a handful of students over the past few years while I have been at university, as my degree is time-consuming, but they have all gained excellent results and I'm now helping many through the university application process.

My teaching method involves breaking down the theory of scientific concepts and applying these to practical situations, but I am keen to adapt methods to techniques which work best for individual students. Lessons are given in a flexible teaching style; I am happy to teach a whole syllabus or focus on specific areas. I encourage students to approach me with specific difficulties or topics they find hard to make the lessons more personal and useful to them.
