About Sarah
Hi! I’m a medical student having achieved A* in A-Level Biology and A in A-Level Chemistry! (9 in all sciences at GCSE) 🩺
I know that Biology and Chemistry can sometimes feel like a LOT- especially when you’re faced with endless content, confusing topics and exam questions and mark schemes that seem to be written in another language!
That’s why I want my lessons to be different. I’ll explain things simply, clearly and without making you feel silly for asking questions. We can work together on whatever you’re struggling with, whether that’s understanding a topic from scratch, revising for an exam or figuring out how to actually answer those tricky exam questions.
Because I’ve only recently finished my A-Levels, I know exactly what it feels like to be a student preparing for exams. I want to make Science feel less stressful, more manageable and even enjoyable, while helping you become more confident in your abilities.
I want to help you understand as well as reach those top grades, and cater to your specific needs!

My lessons are personalised to each student’s needs, whether you’re looking to build confidence, understand difficult topics or prepare for exams to get the top grades.
I achieved an A* in A-Level Biology and an A in A-Level Chemistry (and 9 in all sciences at GCSE) and I’ll be studying Medicine at University. Having recently completed my A-Levels, I understand the challenges students face and can explain difficult concepts in a clear, simple and approachable way.
In lessons, we’ll focus on genuinely understanding the content rather than simply memorising it. Depending on what you need, we can work through topics, use active recall, practise exam questions and develop effective exam techniques.
I offer Biology and Chemistry tuition, particularly for GCSE students, and I’m happy to adapt lessons to your exam board, current level and individual goals.
My aim is to make Science feel less overwhelming and help you become a more confident, independent student.
