About Varvara

Hello, my name is Varvara and I'm a first-year medical science student at Western University. I have been volunteering in different organizations as a tutor of math on levels 5th grade-11th grade. My tutoring experience includes more than 60 hours of explaining math to different students. Besides that, I have taken all math courses and finished them with a mark 94 and above.

About the lesson

I believe that math is best understood through doing practice examples and asking relevant questions. Usually, a typical class will begin with an introduction to the topic, which will follow up with examples and practice, during which a student can ask as many questions as possible and explain what needs to be done with a reference to the key concepts of the topic. I'm comfortable teaching all levels of school math, algebra, geometry, functions, and calculus.
