Hello! I’m Crystal, a 2025 University of Newcastle JMP Graduate and new junior Doctor in Sydney. I’m here to transform your interview skills for success in all areas of life, including your dream of getting into medical school! I went through the interview process for multiple medical schools, accumulating a large bank of questions and experience in the process. Now, freshly graduated from medical school, I know what makes a great student and what medical schools look for. You can get the ATAR and the UCAT score, but without acing the interview and standing out as a worthy candidate, you’ll miss out every time. I have a process for developing and refining your interview skills to help you transition from timid and unsure to confident and convincing in as little as a week. Interview skills will not just come to you on the day; you need to have strategies and practice up your sleeve. Part of my process of getting you interview-ready includes providing a large question bank, working through your personal answers, mock interviews, and general interview training and strategies. I am passionate about interview tutoring and value every one of my students arriving at their interviews confident and prepared. While these interview skills will undoubtedly level up your medical school interview game, these sessions will leave you equipped for specialty training, jobs, scholarships, presentations, and more in the future. The medical school interview is not where these skills cease to be of use. Every student I’ve tutored with a medical school interview has received at least one offer to study medicine. While this reflects their exceptional effort and commitment, I believe my personalized guidance, constructive feedback, and rigorous preparation also contributed to their success.
