I am a medical practitioner who has been practicing for more than 20 years now. Over the years, I've discovered people most often wrongly believe you need a lot of money to eat a healthy meal. Some other persons also eat junk in a bid to eat what is trending. As a medical practitioner, I have worked with persons who are overweight or underweight, and also different persons with different nutritional needs.
