About Matthew
As a recent high school graduate, I am very familiar with high school and lower grade math and physics courses. I have taken 5 years of math classes in the past 5 years and 2 years of physics. As my grades were excellent, I helped out other students in my classes understand concepts.

My teaching method is simple: show the student the process of a problem and give him/her the tools to solve that problem. The way I do this is by finding ways to connect the topic to the student's life or something that makes more sense to them. I like to teach the student independence and give them the critical thinking skills that allow them to do more on their own. I teach as slow and necessary and take time to pause and make sure the student understands every step of a process.
