I believe that learning should feel like discovering, not memorizing. My approach is to make the topic simple and practical so that students can easily learn and understand.
I follow Learn > Understand > Practice > Follow techniques.
Learn > Introduce the concept in simple language with relatable examples.
Understand > Breaking the complex topic into parts so that easy-to-understand steps.
Practice > Students solve exercises with my guidance.
I encourage students to ask questions freely. Instead of giving them answers, I guide them towards finding the answer themselves. This can develop problem-solving ability, confidence, and independent thinking.
