My name is Ana, and I am currently a fourth year undergraduate student at McGill University, working to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology with honours. I have a passion for teaching and would love to help struggling students excel in the field of biology.

I make Biology easy to understand for students from middle school to lower levels of undergrad. I try to avoid overcomplicating concepts with complex jargon, and attempt to be as relatable and straightforward as possible with my explanations. I teach by engaging in a dialogue with the student, rather than lecturing them, as this gives students a chance to understand what they know well, and discover what areas they are struggling with. The rest of the time spent would be on practice problems, as students tend to learn best through practice.
