About Salome

I am currently an exchange student at McGill University in Montreal. In Paris, I study Political Science at Sciences Po Paris, as well as Philosophy at Sorbonne University.

I have been tutoring students in Paris for the past two years. I have worked with students aged 9 and 14, helping them with their homework, French, mathematics, and general schoolwork. I also supported a high school student in her final year in preparing for the French Baccalaureate, particularly in philosophy and mathematics. Since I studied mathematics as one of my specializations in high school, I was also able to help her with her mathematics coursework and exam preparation.

I also hold the BAFA, a French qualification for working with children and supervising educational activities. Through my tutoring and experience working with children, I have learned to adapt my teaching style to different ages, personalities, and learning needs.

My academic background in Political Science and Philosophy, combined with my experience tutoring children and teenagers, allows me to provide both academic support and a patient, encouraging learning environment.

About the lesson

I offer personalized French lessons for students of different ages and levels, from beginners to more advanced learners.

My lessons are adapted to each student’s needs and can focus on speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, or general French practice. I can also provide homework support and help students prepare for tests and exams.

I aim to make each lesson interactive and encouraging, while helping students build confidence and become more comfortable using French.

Lessons can be adapted to the student’s school or to their personal goals, whether they are learning French for school, improving their skills, or simply wanting to become more fluent.

I am available for in-person lessons in Montreal or online.
