I am 19 years old and currently study Maths at Durham University. I have always been interested in maths and hope to bring this enjoyment to my lessons. One of my key skills is my ability to recognise why others might not understand a maths problem, and then to find a way to explain it to them.

I am enthusiastic and encouraging, so will be able to help students of any ability and would be happy to teach lessons for any level of Maths up to A-Level Further Maths. I have resources to plan lessons on a specific topic, which could be decided by the student or by me. As a tutor, I would like my students to feel comfortable asking for help whenever they need it as I myself find that often Maths is best understood by talking to others about it. I have sat my GCSEs and A-Levels recently, so I am familiar with the current format of these exams. Also, I obtained the highest possible grades in GCSE and A-Level Maths and Further Maths, so I can advise students on the best exam technique and revision methods to do well in their exams.
