I have previously worked as a volunteer tutor for GCSE maths and computer science both in online and in-person and received very positive feedback. I am a pure mathematics student going to university after the summer. I can tutor GCSE and A-level maths and further maths, as well as help you prepare for interviews for sixth form or university. My focus is on pure maths, but I can also help with mechanics and statistics. As someone who has also done TMUA, MAT, and STEP, I am also happy to share my experience on applying to university and maths entrance exams.
I will not only help clarify any confusions you may have but also, where I can, provide extension material and teach you new topics and develop general problem-solving skills rather than solely focus on exam-style questions.
Before each lesson (possibly at the end of a previous lesson), I hope we can communicate the topics or specific problems you would like to cover so I can have a look at them and give you some preliminary materials to work with so we have content to discuss going into the lesson.
