About Matt
I'm Matt - a maths graduate who enjoys sharing my knowledge and understanding to others. I think maths can be a subject that is easy to feel frustrated with, without the right teacher. I like to remove that frustration by making students feel confident and supported, as they start to understand and practise concepts.

I like to break down concepts so that a student can understand them, rather than learning by rote which is likely to be forgotten. Lessons can vary for 45-90mins, with a standard being 1 hour. I have several years experience with private tuition for maths, as well as working in a secondary school as a tutor and teaching assistant for maths students aged 11-16.
