George has worked with us seasonally at Kensington Park School for over 7 years now. I can't recommend George highly enough as a tutor. George is that rare person who not only knows his subjects in depth but has the ability to convey that knowledge in a fashion which can be absorbed and understood by the student. In addition to imparting subject matter, his teaching incorporates study methods, such as how to organise information and develop productive study methods. My children have learned important lessons on how to study from George that have been applied to other subjects as well.

When George taught my son Chemistry, he went from confusion to actually liking the subject (resulting in an A* in his GCSE -- a previously unthinkable grade). George is now tutoring my daughter in Chemistry and Physics and, as with her brother, her frustrations have decreased and scores increased.
