About Nina
I am a registered teacher at the South African council of educators, but I believe that personalised, one on one classes can be just as important (if not more) to a student's growth and development in the academic world.
I have four years of tutoring experience under my belt, as well as a honours degree in psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand. Both of these have helped me to refine my approach to tutoring and teaching, and taught me how to personalise my classes to each student's needs.

I give math and science classes for all grades, in both English and Afrikaans.
My focus is always on the student first, what their strenghts, weaknesses and needs are. The aim of my classes is not only to improve their understanding of the subject, but also their confidence, and test readiness. Thus, collaborating with the student is a key component of all my classes.
