My teaching approach for Mathematics is focused on Fourier series and transforms and their applications in engineering. I begin with Fourier series, including periodic functions, even and odd extensions, and convergence of Fourier series with examples. I teach Fourier transforms, including definitions, properties, and inverse transforms, with applications in signal processing. I cover Laplace transforms and their applications in solving differential equations. I also cover applications in heat transfer, wave propagation, and communication systems. I use real-world examples to show the practical importance of these transforms. I provide detailed derivations, solved examples, and practice problems. I assign homework that includes both theoretical derivations and numerical problems. I conduct weekly tests and provide feedback. I maintain a progress log and offer extra help for difficult topics. My goal is to prepare you for advanced engineering and physics courses.
