About Pushpanjali

Hello! I'm Pushpanjali, a private Mathematics tutor from India with over five years of teaching experience. I specialize in teaching Mathematics for students in Grades 1 to 8 and Algebra for students in Grades 8 to 12.

Over the years, I've worked with students from different educational backgrounds, including students from the United States. One of the things I'm most proud of is the long-term relationships I've built with my students—some have continued learning with me for several years as they progressed through school. I believe this reflects the trust, consistency, and supportive learning environment I strive to create.

My goal is to make Mathematics simple, engaging, and less intimidating. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each learner's pace, strengths, and goals. Whether you're struggling with the basics, preparing for exams, improving your Algebra skills, or simply looking to build confidence in Mathematics, I'll guide you step by step with patience and encouragement.

I believe that asking questions is one of the best ways to learn, so my lessons are interactive, supportive, and focused on building real understanding rather than memorization. My aim is not only to help students improve their grades but also to develop the confidence to solve problems independently.

About the lesson

I believe every student can do well in Mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and learning approach. My goal is not just to help students solve problems but to help them understand the concepts behind them so they can apply their knowledge with confidence.

I teach Mathematics to students from Grades 1 to 8 and Algebra to students from Grades 8 to 12. My lessons are suitable for students who need regular academic support, homework assistance, exam preparation, or simply want to strengthen their mathematical foundation.

Every lesson is personalized according to the student's learning pace, strengths, and areas for improvement. A typical class begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by learning new topics through simple explanations, visual examples, and step-by-step problem solving. We then practice together before the student solves questions independently to build confidence and identify any gaps in understanding.

I encourage students to ask questions freely because I believe curiosity is an important part of learning. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and interactive, creating an environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

Over the past five years as a private tutor, I've had the opportunity to teach students from different educational backgrounds, including students from the United States. Some of my students continued learning with me for several years, which has allowed me to guide them through different stages of their academic journey while building a strong foundation in Mathematics.
