About Trent
My interest in Mathematics started from enjoying logical puzzles, patterns, and numerical problem-solving during my education. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Science before earning a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics. During the past 7 years, I have helped students improve their understanding through clear explanation and supportive teaching methods.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons according to individual pace and confidence level. Some students improve through visual methods and guided examples, while others prefer direct practice and analytical discussion. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and steady progress so students can learn comfortably without unnecessary pressure.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and practical applications of mathematics in technology and science. Staying connected to these areas helps me make lessons more engaging and relevant. Teaching Math is rewarding because I enjoy helping students become more confident thinkers and capable problem solvers.

My Maths lessons are designed to help students understand concepts clearly through structured explanation and consistent guided practice. I teach algebra, trigonometry, calculus, geometry, and statistics using simple methods that make difficult ideas easier to follow. Lessons focus on improving reasoning ability, calculation accuracy, and confidence while creating a calm and encouraging learning environment.
Beginners develop strong foundations through visual explanation, worked examples, and repetitive exercises that improve understanding step by step. Intermediate learners strengthen graph analysis, equation solving, and mathematical interpretation through deeper practice and revision tasks. Advanced students focus on analytical thinking, advanced problem-solving, and exam preparation techniques. I also include practical examples that help students connect mathematics with real-life applications.
Mathematics becomes less stressful when students understand concepts properly instead of memorizing formulas without meaning. My lessons encourage patience, curiosity, and independent thinking while helping learners improve steadily. I want students to become more confident while solving challenging questions and developing stronger mathematical understanding over time.
