WAM of 87.38. Tutored peers as part of the La Trobe University Mathematics And Statistics Society. Tutored primary school children for a brief period of time. Knowledgeable in algebra (elementary, linear, Boolean, general), statistical theory and calculus up to a third year undergraduate level.

Lessons emphasise understanding of first principles and proceed at a student’s own pace. There may be lots of discussion, drawings or silent pondering depending on the student’s learning style. Exercises tend to be few and require conceptual understanding and a little creativity. I aim to illustrate the beauty of maths, both literally and metaphorically.
