I am a first year mathematics student studying at the University of Leeds. I have 4 years experience of teaching online tutoring in both guitar and maths. I have received 3 As in my A levels in Maths, Psychology and Photography.

I have mostly tutored Mathematics through the pandemic so most of my work was assisting and teaching the online content given to students to continue their work from home so they could have a one on one experience that more resembles classroom teaching. I have also tutored students prior to the pandemic for exams such as the SATs and GCSEs. I approach each topic by checking their initial understanding so I can work out their strengths and weakness. This allows me to allocate more time to the trickier points within their learning, making sure they can understand the subject in all aspects.
