About Zachary
I am an engineer, data scientist, derivatives trader, and tutor with a Math degree from Emory University. I have taught undergraduate students in classes as large as 25 students in subjects ranging from Calculus to Advanced Statistics and Numerical Analysis. I have also volunteered as a high school math tutor for AP Statistics, Calculus AB and BC, where my students all received perfect scores.

I'm a guy who love Math and is pretty good at getting people who think they don't like Math to like it or at least tolerate it. My teaching style is both rigorous yet patient, knowing that good results require hard work but not everyone loves Math as much as I do, and many students simply have not been taught material well thoroughly from a young age. I like to make sure students have a thorough understanding of not just how to solve a problem or regurgitate information, but think analytically and contemplate the how and the why of what they are doing. I cater my style to each students interests and background, with the ultimate goal of mine to be having the student reach their goals.
