About Vince

My interest in mathematics developed when I discovered how numbers follow patterns that help explain many real-world situations. I enjoyed solving problems that required logical thinking and careful reasoning. This interest encouraged me to continue studying mathematics and eventually complete a Master's Degree in Mathematics, where I studied advanced algebra, calculus, and statistics.

During my 7 years of teaching, I have worked with students who had different levels of confidence in mathematics. Some learners needed help strengthening basic calculation skills, while others wanted to improve their ability to solve complex mathematical problems. My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations and gradual learning.

Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring mathematical puzzles and reading about how mathematics is applied in technology and engineering. These interests help me bring practical examples into my lessons. Teaching mathematics is meaningful because I see students become more confident and capable in their ability to solve problems logically.

About the lesson

My mathematics lessons focus on helping students understand how numbers and equations can be used to describe relationships and solve problems. Many learners struggle with mathematics because they try to memorize procedures without understanding the reasoning behind them. In my lessons we start by strengthening basic numerical skills such as operations with fractions, decimals, and percentages so students can build confidence.

After learners become comfortable with these foundations, lessons move toward algebra, equations, ratios, and geometry. I guide students through detailed examples so they can understand how mathematical problems are solved step by step. Regular practice exercises allow students to apply their knowledge and improve their accuracy.

My goal is to help students approach mathematics with confidence and logical thinking. Lessons emphasize recognizing patterns and choosing appropriate methods to solve problems. As students develop stronger analytical skills, they begin to see mathematics as a useful tool that supports learning in science, technology, and everyday problem solving.
