About Ruby
My journey in mathematics began with a strong interest in numbers and logical reasoning. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, where I developed strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds, helping them overcome challenges and gain confidence. Teaching allows me to simplify complex ideas and guide learners effectively.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and adaptable. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adjust my approach based on their needs. I focus on building strong basics, providing clear explanations, and encouraging regular practice. I also create a comfortable learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and learn without pressure. This helps them stay motivated and engaged.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring new problem-solving techniques and mathematical methods. This helps me improve my teaching approach and keep my lessons effective. Teaching math is meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to confidence. Helping them build strong skills, improve performance, and develop a positive mindset toward learning is something I truly value, and I remain committed to supporting their long-term academic success.

My maths lessons are designed to make learning clear, structured, and easy to understand for every student. I guide learners through topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and basic calculus using step-by-step explanations. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind formulas instead of memorizing them. Each lesson includes examples, guided practice, and structured problem-solving techniques that help students improve gradually. This approach builds confidence and reduces confusion.
Lessons are planned based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners start with number basics and simple operations. Intermediate learners focus on applying formulas, solving structured problems, and improving accuracy. Advanced students work on complex problems, logical reasoning, and exam preparation strategies. I provide regular practice sessions, corrections, and revision support to ensure steady progress. This helps students develop strong mathematical skills over time.
Mathematics also helps students develop logical thinking and analytical abilities that are useful in everyday life.
