As a former struggling student, I've tutored friends in high school, employing a patient and understanding approach. Through my tutoring my friends have achieved a minimum of 30% increase in their grades. I had taught them topics ranging from Linear programming problems to calculus.
My typical plan involves getting a good understanding of where the student is struggling and make those concepts simple and easy to understand.
Over the summer I have studied memory techniques extensively and I believe that with the right guidance and effort any student can achieve high grades.
