About Cameron
I have been working at a math tutoring company (online) for the past 2 years and have absolutely loved working with students. I have taught over 1000 math classes and find myself learning from my students with every lesson. I am happy to adjust to the needs of each student, and have successfully worked with students with ADHD/ADD, memory loss, autism, dyslexia, and general behavioral problems.

The goal: To make math as painless as possible - in fact let's make it easy!
The process: Each student learns differently, so I teach according to their strengths. Sometimes this requires doing a set of jumping jacks in the middle of class, sometimes it involves online math games, and sometimes it involves drawing pictures, or writing key points out in words. As much as possible, I teach understanding. Sometimes this requires going back to the basics. I always encourage a set schedule for lessons so that we can build foundational knowledge, while still ensuring that students are able to keep up with their school work. If necessary, I provide my student with personalized practice to complete before our next class.
My strengths are meeting students where they're at and keeping lessons low-stress.
