About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a BSc in Pure Mathematics. I enjoy helping students understand how mathematics underpins modern technology, especially in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Together, we explore concepts like gradient descent and optimization algorithms, showing how they help models learn efficiently.

From matrices to eigenvalues, I guide students through the structures that make neural networks function. Probability and statistics are equally important, particularly for Bayesian inference and reasoning under uncertainty. I break these ideas into clear, approachable steps and provide practical examples to reinforce understanding.

Over the years, I’ve mentored aspiring data scientists and AI developers, helping them gain confidence in the mathematical foundations they need.
