About Fabian
I studied economics and psychology with computer science, just finished my master's degree at a top 10 university in London and am about to start my career. Teaching other people something and helping them has always been a need for me that I would like to continue to fulfill alongside my job. Already during my school days I started giving math tuition to other students and helping them prepare for their Abitur. During my time as a student, I also brought my fellow students closer to the logic of mathematical, statistical and economic concepts and thus actively contributed to their academic success.

My tutoring in mathematics is aimed at students from the 5th grade who need help with homework and exam preparation. For the long-term success of the tutoring, it is particularly important to me to build up a mutual trusting relationship with the respective student, as this means that questions can be asked more easily and the fear of wrong answers decreases. The core of my lessons is to explain the logic of mathematics (using theory and examples) and to close any existing knowledge gaps. Then I support the student in consolidating the knowledge they have learned by working on various transfer tasks.
