My teaching methodology revolves around active learning and scaffolded instruction. I don’t believe in passive lecturing; instead, I break down complex concepts into digestible, bite-sized pieces and build them back up with the student.
The "I Do, We Do, You Do" Framework: I model the concept or problem first, we work through the next few examples together collaboratively, and finally, the student tackles a challenge independently to build autonomy.
Differentiated Instruction: Every learner processes information differently. I adapt my techniques—using visual mind maps, practical real-world analogies, or interactive digital tools—to match the student's specific learning style.
Formative Feedback: Instead of just giving answers, I ask targeted, guiding questions to help students spot their own errors and develop critical thinking skills.
