About Luke

I am a Ph.D. student in Mathematics and Computer Science at Michigan State University, with an M.S. in Mathematics from KAIST and a B.S. in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley, where I graduated with High Honors. My academic and professional background spans advanced mathematics, machine learning, scientific computing, and research at leading universities and technology companies.

My teaching philosophy is simple: true mastery comes from understanding concepts, not memorizing procedures. In each lesson, I break down difficult topics into intuitive ideas, guide students through worked examples, and help them develop the problem-solving strategies needed to tackle new and challenging questions independently. About the lesson

I am a Ph.D. student in Mathematics and Computer Science at Michigan State University with degrees from UC Berkeley and KAIST.
