As a Math major in college, I possess a deep understanding of the subject matter. In addition to my analytical strengths, I am quite personable and understand things from the student's perspective, as I am still one myself.
Regarding lesson plans, I will start by learning about your goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Most lessons will start with a review of previous material, then move to the introduction of new material, which will include live demonstrations and guided practice. Asynchronous practice may be assigned depending on the material.
That said, I am adaptable and tailor the lesson to the ability and learning style of each individual student.
