About Chengetai
Hi, I'm Chengetai — a qualified Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer with a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical problem-solving. My engineering background means I don't just teach math; I show students how it connects to the real world, making abstract concepts genuinely click.
I am patient, structured, and committed to meeting each student where they are. Whether you are falling behind, preparing for exams, or simply wanting to strengthen your understanding, I will work with you at your pace until the concept is clear.
I hold a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, which required advanced study in mathematics, statistics, and technical problem-solving — so you can be confident you are learning from someone with both the qualification and the practical understanding to back it up.
My goal is simple: to help every student move from confusion to confidence, one concept at a time.

As a qualified Industrial Engineer, I break down complex problems into simple, logical steps that make maths feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my style to suit each individual.
I teach in English and am comfortable working with students who are still building confidence in the language.
In a typical lesson, students can expect structured problem-solving, guided practice and real world examples drawn from engineering and everyday life-not just memorizing formulas but understanding the "why" behind them.
My lessons are aimed at high school students, particularly those preparing for exams or struggling to keep up with the curriculum. I also welcome students at university who need to strengthen their maths basics before tackling more advanced modules
