About April
I am a math and science teacher (since 2004) and a math and science author (since 2013). I have traveled the US teaching and inspiring young minds to explore STEM. I have served on many panels for education with the University of Texas at Austin. I have written over 20 books that make math and science fun, colorful and accessible to students.

My method is to get to know the basic needs and goals of my student and get to the point. I want you to meet your goals quickly and become confident in the subject matter desired. I teach ahead of classroom curriculum so the student is always comfortable with new topics and confident in their abilities.
