Teaching Techniques:
Through a balanced combination of asanas, pranayama, I guide students on a safe, mindful, and deeply transformative yoga journey designed for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
I'm a student and a dedicated yoga practitioner for over two years, I bring both continuous learning and personal experience into my teaching. Each session is rooted in traditional principles while being thoughtfully adapted to meet individual needs.
My intention is to help students cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm through a structured yet compassionate approach. Whether your goal is to improve posture, relieve stress, enhance mobility, or deepen your mind-body connection, every class is personalized to support your unique progress and pace.
I offer one-hour online sessions on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, making it easier to integrate yoga into your routine.
