About Stephanie
Greetings! My name's Ms. Scott and I am currently a 5th grade teacher. I have 9 years experience in the wonderful world of teaching. I’ve worked with grades K-5 and 9-12. I attended Washington State University where I earned a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in Teaching, graduating with honors for both degrees. Prior to becoming a teacher, I was an HR manager for a Starbucks distribution company and a Sales manager for a global fertilizer company.

Hello! My name’s Ms. Scott and I’m passionate about helping to close the gap for hardworking students. I’ve been doing just that for over 9 years and have served hundreds of students. Students call me the fun teacher! Building relationships is my first focus when working with children. I have yet to work with a student that I cannot connect with. I believe wholeheartedly in teaching using all learning modalities. Being a student that struggled myself, I will figure out how to get through to your child. I don’t just teach the subject content, I help the child realize how their brain works and what works best for them. We tap into their potential because every child has potential. I have over 9 years of proven experience with Math and ELA instruction. Students under my instruction thrive in personal and academic growth. I would love the opportunity to use my skills to help your child reach their full potential.
