My teaching methods are centered on collaboration and flexibility. I initially assess the needs of my student and create a learning plan or action plan for the course of the mentorship. I extend my knowledge and resources to help the student reach their full potential. I provide constructive criticisms and encourage open communication. All the discussed content will be confidential between the student and I. I prioritize creating a comfortable and safe environment for my students or mentees to develop new skills or receive the supports they desire.
