About Rhea
As someone from a mental health and coaching background, I have worked with young adults and individuals from all walks of the world. This one-to-one experience has made me realise the importance of being there for others and providing that help wherever you can. I have also realised that I enjoy the process of teaching and mentoring as it allows me to have an adaptable hands-on approach with anyone I work with and allows me to grow as an individual and professional based on these varied experiences.
