About Daniel

I am a Masters degree graduate from Middlesex University in London. I first began part time tutoring in 2021 during the Covid pandemic in the fields of history and social studies and have helped As a result Have helped over 50+ students achieve A-level results. As a tutor in history my aim is to give my students a front row seat at looking at the story of our world through its larger than life events and characters whose actions have transformed the world we live in today. Rather than simply reading off the notes, I aim to provide an educational opportunity to really engage with the subject and brainstorm which will allow my students to not only get an understanding of the material but get a thorough interest into it. I understand that not everything in history is crystal cut and r answers aren't always easily lying around, but that is what I am here for and with me as a tutor I aim to provide the crucial support for my students come at these questions with confidence and achieve success.

About the lesson

Just because it happened in past does not mean it is not felt in world today and will be influential in the future. What makes history and social studies so incredibly interesting is because it answers the questions of what makes our world today. Learning history gives you a front row seat into an incredible selection of fascinating stories and characters whose actions have shaped our modern world. My approach in tutoring is to provide an engaging and in depth approach into the subject matter at hand and make the learning actually intriguing and interesting rather than just reading notes off of a lesson plan or book. Tutoring plan's are formed more as conversational style learning where my students fee free to ask questions, input their ideas and brain storm. I understand that not all the answers are simply just lying about to be easily picked up and thats what I am here for. As a tutor my clients can rely on me to help them through and through and provide the best learning experience possible.
