About Mim
I have spent many years working as a tutor to supplement my studies, and it has been such a rewarding journey. I have had the opportunity to work with adults who want to advance their skills, as well as children preparing for standardized testing, or who simply need extra time to explore a specific subject. I am empathetic with a deep understanding of the stresses associated with academics. As well as providing academic support, I have an appreciation for the emotional toll that school can have on an individual and believe in a holistic way of supporting a student will have the best impact on their overall success.

I take an individualized approach. I will spend time with the student assessing their learning style, and working with them to best determine how we can work together to achieve their goals. Each student is different, so setting aside this time to assess the individual, is an invaluable in creating a successful tutor/student relationship.
